International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  We hope that you are happy with your purchases. In the event that you should find any item unsatisfactory on receipt, we are happy to accept a product return for an exchange or a refund. 

Please note that we are only able to accept unused, unopened products in their full original packaging for return within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt, and any free gift item that may accompany the purchase. 

We regret that we are unable to accept the return of any item that has been opened or used, or any item that is returned without its original packaging. All return freight cost is to be borne by the customer. Please kindly contact us by email to inform us of your desire to return any purchase so that we may provide you with the relevant shipping instructions.
