Prices & Payment Processing
All online retail prices will be based and charged in US dollars (US$). Payments is
only accepted via Paypal using VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
For those interested or with the intention of commercial resale, kindly contact our
international sales office at esales@inuovi.com for a wholesale price quotation.
Shipping & Handling
For all online orders below the amount of US$50.00. a flat rate of US$8.00 is chargeable
for shipment to any destination via regular registered airmail.
For orders above US$50.00, we are pleased to offer complimentary
registered airmail shipment. Note that any taxes, duties or customs
fees charged by the destination country's import custom will be for the
customers' account.
Delivery time will be dependent on destination and postage handling time required
by your local agent custom clearance. To check on the shipment status of your order,
you can email us directly at

Order Processing
An electronic acknowledgement mail will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of
successful submission of the electronic purchase order. This is followed by an order
confirmation mail which will be sent on the same or next working day, confirming payment,
delivery date and other order details.
Refund & Return Policy Cancellation of Order
An order may be cancelled by the customer prior to the confirmation of payment,
or by I NUOVI PROFESSIONAL in the following circumstances:
- in the event when the items ordered are not available; or
- payment cannot be confirmed due to insufficient fund or disapproved credit status;
- or under other special circumstances.
An electronic advice will be sent to the customer before the cancellation of order is confirmed.
Out of Stock Items
An electronic advice will be sent to notify customers that items are currently out of stock.
Exchange and Refunds
We do hope you love everything you buy at INUOVI.COM. If you are not satisfied,
for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full
credit refund of the net product purchase price or exchange the product for another.
Please note that we are unable to refund delivery or freight charges.
Should you wish to return and refund an order, please note that any gift items compliments
of the purchase must also be returned in order for the refund to be effected without delay.
All shipping cost for return or exchange of items is for the customers' account. However,
we cannot issue credit to the credit card of gift recipient (credit refund to gift
purchaser’s credit account or exchanges only).
