Q. How do I shop online?
A. Whether you know what you are looking for,
or are simply just browsing, you will find our e-shop navigation bar useful.
To start shopping, click on E-SHOP in the navigation bar and select your favorite
category of products. To order, simply type in the quantity required for the
selected shade or colour of your choice, and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart"
icon on the right. The product page will refresh itself automatically
after your order placement. You may click the Remove icon to delete an item from
your shopping cart, click Continue Shopping to add more items, or Send Enquiry to
complete your purchase. Should you change the quantity of any item(s) in your
cart at any one time, simply click Update Shopping Basket to recalculate your

Q. How do I update my information?

A gentle suggestion that you might like to keep your personal information,
accurate & up-to-date. To update your particulars, simply sign in with your registered
email address and password, then click on the Profile icon on the upper right corner
to go to the personal account update page. Alternatively, you may also email us at

We are pleased to inform you we accept payment by PayPal using all major credit

to protect your privacy. We will never sell, or otherwise distribute your identities,
, purchase history or any personal information to any third party company or person.
Any information you give is held with utmost care and security, and will not be used
in any manner you have not consented to.
Q. Is it safe to shop online?

Shopping at INUOVI.COM is safe and easy. Our system supports payment by Paypal using
128-bit encryption technology with all credit card processing done through an
encrypted session between your browser and server. With SSL, or otherwise known as
Secure Sockets Layer, an Internet standard security protocol, it would be extremely
difficult for a third party to intercept your information while it is being sent to us.
No one would then be able to see credit card information from your session over the Internet.
PROCESSING TIME FAQ
Q. When can I receive confirmation email of my order?
A.
An electronic acknowledgement mail will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of successful
submission of the electronic purchase order. This is followed by an order confirmation mail
which will be sent on the same or next working day, confirming payment, delivery date and
other order details.
Q. When can I expect a reply mail with regards to my query?
A.
You can be assured that we will try our best to reply you as soon as possible, preferably
within 24 hours. Please allow at least 1 - 3 working days for us to look into all enquiries
